Deliveries are made with zero contact.

To select a preferred delivery date in the future, use the calendar function at check out. Once you have entered your delivery address, only the days/ dates open for delivery to your area will be available to select.

Your order is delivered in refrigerated trucks and comes packaged in a cardboard box, with a cold gel pack which will help keep items cool

Please note that delivery drivers will not knock or ring doorbells or intercom when making Sunrise deliveries.

Good news, you don't have to wait for whole day to receive the product
Our drivers will be leave your groceries at your front door before sunrise so you can pick it up when you are wake up.
-What if I'm not home for delivery?
If you're not at home when your order arrives, our drivers will leave your order in a safe place.

-Do you deliver to apartment?
If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or other secured building you must provide the access code, instructions or such other means to ensure delivery can be left safely.
Please note Sunrise delivery is not available for the apartment.
How are my goods packaged for delivery?
All of our products are packed with a frozen gel pack, a layer of insulation and is delivered in a double walled cardboard box

You can order from as many restaurants or groceries as you want
-My order is missing an item, what can I do?
Please check your phone or email for any refund notifications - we may have refunded you the item due to no stock availability. If the item is missing, please email hello@eaglefive.com.au and we will organise a refund as soon as possible.
I'm not happy with my substituted item!
If you select "substitute out of stock items" at check-out, we will find items similar to replace any out of stock items. In most cases, we will send you a SMS directly to check with you before shipping out any replacement. Any difference in prices will be directly refunded to you
If you do not select this option, we will refund the out of stock items to you without finding a similar product
